 Return Policy

We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds of any kind. Once your order is placed, it cannot be altered, canceled, or changed. We have this policy in place to protect our employees and our customers.

The inability to assemble (or disassemble) a product has no bearing on return, claim, or refund eligibility. Clearance items and "Packages" are final sale items and sold as is. These items cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded.

Please note, anything that ships to our office (including any shipment returned to sender for any reason) will not be opened or processed and will be immediately discarded, and no refund or replacement of any kind will be given. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not "exchange" or replace products.

Packages

All package sales are final and sold as is. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

Clearance Items

All Clearance Items listed in the "Clearance" tab including "Pain Free," and "Gifts" are final sale items and sold as is and cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded for any reason.

Correct Toes

If you are not completely satisfied with your Correct Toes purchase for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date contact our office here for a full refund (minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs) of the purchase price. Correct Toes also carries a 90 day materials return warranty (minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs). To receive a refund you will need to return all Correct Toes items including the Correct Toes (both of them), clear pouch, and booklet.

All returns require prior approval from Customer Service in order to receive a refund, minus any fees and shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements. We highly recommend insuring your return shipment as damaged items are ineligible for a refund. All returns must contain a valid tracking number. Crooked Human® is not responsible for any lost or damaged returned shipments. Additional requirements may be implemented.

If you do not meet all of our return criteria do not send us your items as you will be ineligible for a return and/or refund. If Crooked Human deems that your returned items did not adhere to our return policy no refund will be given and all items will be immediately discarded.

Received returns are generally processed within three business days of receipt. No refund will be given until the shipment arrives back to our office. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipments

We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipments

We do not ship internationally.

Customer Received Damaged goods or Order Discrepancy

All our products are inspected a minimum of 3 different times before shipment to ensure no product leaves our warehouse damaged or defective. On the rare occasion that a shipment arrives to you damaged or there is an order discrepancy or problem, please contact us here within 24 HOURS after delivery to arrange for a return solely based on Crooked Human®'s discretion. If you do not use this contact form within this time frame, you are automatically ineligible for a return. You must provide us with the email address used when placing the order in order to discuss your discrepancy and/or problem. If you do not provide the correct email address used on the order, you will not be eligible for a return.

All returns due to damage and/or discrepancy claims require prior approval from Customer Service in order to receive a refund, minus any fees and shipping costs. We do not accept returns for any other reason. Making a claim does not entitle you to make a return. Return approval is determined on an individual basis and is based on our sole discretion. Any items sent to us (or shipments of any kind, including those returned to sender for any reason) without prior approval will not be opened or processed, and no refund of any kind will be given. Unauthorized/unapproved returns are immediately discarded.

All approved returns must be made within 24 hours of receiving approval to make a return. If your order is not returned within this time frame, all return/refund eligibility will be forfeited. Please do not return the damaged good without getting prior approval from Crooked Human®. If you choose to keep the items reported in your claim, you do so at your own risk and are agreeing to keep the item(s) as is and understand that these items will no longer be under warranty or eligible for any future claims, and no refund or replacement of any kind will be given.

Return freight on all returns (of any kind), replacements, damages, and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

ALL PACKAGES ARE SUBJECT TO OUR SHIPPING CARRIERS INSPECTION, and claims processes and all claims must be made, and all required documentation must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Crooked Human may request additional documentation or ask for additional information. If the customer refuses to allow the shipping carrier's inspection or fails to provide such documentation, or fails to comply with any of our customer service policies/requests, all return/refund eligibility will be forfeited.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIAL. NO ADDITIONAL PACKAGING MATERIAL MAY BE USED OR SUBSTITUTED. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS ANY RETURN IF PACKAGING IS SUBSTITUTED FROM THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ALL DAMAGED GOODS ARE SUBJECT TO OUR SHIPPING CARRIERS INSPECTION BEFORE RETURNING TO OUR OFFICES. If customer refuses to allow the shipping carrier's inspection or fails to comply with any of our customer service policies, all return/refund eligibility will be forfeited.

Due to the hand crafted nature of our products some material and finishing can vary, such as wood, and there may be slight variations in the final product. These in no way hinder your ability to use our products.

We try to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Please note some products may or may not carry our logo (even if the product picture does or does not show a product with a logo placement).
