10% Off Offer, Terms, and Details

The SAVE10 promotion is valid as long as it is advertised on our website. Use of this promo code is for 10% off the subtotal of your order (see below for exclusions.)

This discount cannot be applied retroactively and applies only to new orders that use the discount code. Any orders that do not use the discount code before placing their order cannot receive the discount. The discount code must be used in order to receive a discount.

Input the "discount code" SAVE10 on the cart page. Then click "apply coupon." Your subtotal will then be updated and will reflect your 10% savings. You must apply the coupon to receive the discount. The discount is applied to the subtotal only and not on the Grand Total. The Grand Total includes your subtotal, tax (if applicable), and shipping amount.

Anything already discounted at a "special price" or any item listed on the "For Professionals" tab or on the "Clearance" tab is excluded from this discount. No further discounts can be given for those items. Foam rollers and books are also excluded from this offer. Further details about coupon codes can be seen below.

We are PCI compliant and in order to comply with internet security standards we are no longer allowed to take phone orders. All orders must be placed through our website.


Genuine Products

Please note only equipment that bears our logo is genuine Crooked Human® equipment sold and manufactured by us. We have become aware of many inferior "knockoffs" on the market.

We have had numerous reports of these "knockoff" products breaking, causing damage and injury. We only offer warranties on our own genuine equipment purchased directly from this website. We can only discuss our own genuine equipment.

Please note we only have original pictures of our (manufactured) products on our website. If you see any of our pictures listed elsewhere (with the exception of our official Etsy listing), they are used without our permission and are falsely advertising our products for sale. Products in our pictures are only available through our website (www.crookedhuman.com). If you see our picture(s) on another website and make a purchase there, you will not be receiving the product in those pictures.

The only way to ensure you will receive a genuine Crooked Human product (and the product in our pictures) is to purchase from us directly (or through our official Etsy listing.)

Before contacting us about any equipment questions or warranty information please verify that you have purchased a genuine Crooked Human® product. When contacting us please provide us with your order confirmation number and date of purchase. If you purchased a product from a clinic please contact them directly. They will be able to tell you if they sold you a genuine Crooked Human® product.


Etsy

We are excited to be selling through Etsy.com. Our small company meets Etsy's small business selling standards, and since we make our own products (and always have), it was a natural fit. Our official listing on Etsy can be accessed by clicking here.

Please note, purchases through Etsy.com do not carry the same warranty as purchases made directly on our website (www.crookedhuman.com).


Shipping & Delivery

Crooked Human® Inc. ships our products to customers domestically. When your order ships, a shipment notification email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during checkout and will include any applicable tracking information (which provides delivery updates). We are not responsible for mistyped or missing emails, spam, or any other settings that prevent delivery or viewing of our emails (including but not limited to optonline.net emails).

All tracking and shipping updates are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking and package responsibility and the risk of loss and/or damage and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier (and not on when, or if, the customer views tracking information.) At this time, orders are considered fulfilled and completed.

If any shipping exceptions or delays occur, please contact the shipping carrier directly within 24 hours of any/each occurrence.

Failure to provide a deliverable shipping address, and/or failure to accept or collect a shipment, and/or failure to abide by our policies, terms, and conditions will void any claims or warranties, and no refunds, reshipments, and/or replacements of any kind will be given.

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays, 9am-4pm PST. We try to ship orders as soon as possible but, please note, due to worldwide circumstances, some orders may take up to 7 business days to ship. If a back ordered item is purchased with in stock items, the order will not be shipped until the back ordered item is back in stock (usually 7-10 business days).

Shipping costs are calculated based upon delivery distance, box size, items ordered, etc. Please note that we mainly ship large, oversized items. Your shipping quote comes directly from our shipping provider. Delivery estimate date, based upon the shipping option selected at checkout, is calculated when your order leaves our shipping facility, and not when your order is placed.

Your package is deemed delivered based on proof of delivery provided by the shipping carrier.

If 2 separate orders are placed and are shipping to the same address we may, at our sole discretion, combine the orders and ship them as one shipment/package.

We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarders at this time. Any order that uses a PO Box (USPS, UPS, mailbox centers, or otherwise) or a freight forwarder as a shipping address will be canceled immediately.

We are unable to ship items to short term addresses such as hotels, campgrounds, etc. 


Alaska and Hawaii Customers

We no longer ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. 


International Customers

We no longer ship internationally nor do we take international payment.

We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Payment, Pricing, Promotions and Coupon Codes

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All prices are listed in USD.

Promotions are only valid while offer is advertised on www.crookedhuman.com and/or through the valid date. Promotions needing a "Discount Code" should be entered at ckeckout on the "cart" page. Promotional prices may not be applied to previously placed orders and is not applicable to pending purchases. Offers apply to authorized purchases only. Only authorized Discount Codes and orders will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer and to modify or cancel any promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems. We reserve the right to cancel any advertised promotions or coupons at any time whether the order has already been placed or is still pending. Old promotions not listed directly on www.crookedhuman.com are not valid nor endorsed.

To apply a Discount Code add items to cart. On the "My Cart" page fill out your shipping information under the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" section. Next type in your valid "Discount Code" and click on "Apply Coupon." Please note some codes may be location specific and may not work without first entering your shipping information. If the code is not valid the coupon will not be applied. We only accept valid coupon codes.

Discount codes or promotions not listed directly on our website are not valid nor endorsed by Crooked Human® Inc. We have no control nor affiliation with fraudulent, old and misleading codes listed elsewhere.


Credit Card Fraud

We take credit card fraud very seriously. For your protection and the protection of Crooked Human® Inc., orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review or canceled. If necessary, a representative will call or email you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Manual review may delay shipment and delivery of your order.


Cancellation/Alteration Policy

Customer cancellation, changes or alteration requests cannot be honored once an order is placed and no refunds will be given. Please verify your order before placing it.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order. If your canceled order has shipped, you will be issued a refund once your shipment returns to our office. If your email address is incorrect and/or bounces or information is invalid we may cancel your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse service.


Warranty

Crooked Human® Inc. warrants any product manufactured by Crooked Human® Inc. to be free of any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase (unless noted below). Our warranty covers products purchased directly from our website and extend to the original purchaser and is warrantied for one user. Any of our products that transferred ownership or were purchased through a third party or were used by multiple users are not covered under this policy. Altering or damaging any product from the original condition in which your product was shipped will void this warranty, including but not limited to disassembly (or assembly), alteration or removal of any logos, removal of covers if applicable, and/or walking with a pedal attached to your foot, misusing the product in any way including but not limited to dragging, pulling, or on an uneven surface, or using the product incorrectly or with equipment manufactured elsewhere or in any manner which it was not designed for. Materials that don't effect function of the product (including but not limited to zippers, Tower strips, velcro, Slant Board grip tape and/or rubber bumpers) are not covered. During this period Crooked Human® Inc. will repair or allow a return, at our discretion, the defective item (unless noted below). Please contact Customer Service for any warranty repairs or replacements and shipping return instructions. Freight costs must be prepaid by the purchaser. Valid proof of purchase from CrookedHuman.com is required for warranty service and returns. Goods damaged by customer opening packaging with sharp objects are not covered by this warranty as our packaging clearly states not to do so. Clearance items and final sale items are not covered under warranty.

Any potential or possible warranty issues must be reported immediately upon discovery and use of the product must also be discontinued. Continued use of the product after observing a possible warranty issue or failure to report these possible warranty issues will void this warranty and any continued use customer does so at their risk.

All other items not manufactured by Crooked Human® Inc. carry a 30 day warranty from date of purchase in which we warrant these products to be free of any defects in material and workmanship (excluding batteries).

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, water damage, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Logos on products are not covered under this warranty. Our warranty does not cover products that were damaged or broken due to improper use (such as walking on our Foot Pedals or using Posture Therapy Equipment in any other manner then what it is prescribed or designed for.) Damage not covered under warranty that can be repaired will be repaired for a reasonable rate and customer will be charged for all shipping costs. Crooked Human® Inc. cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. California State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary.

Correct Toes
If you are not completely satisfied with your Correct Toes purchase for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date contact our offices for a full refund (minus applicable restocking fees) of the purchase price excluding shipping. To receive a refund you will need to return all Correct Toes items back including the Correct Toes (both of them), clear pouch, and booklet. Correct Toes also carries a 90 day materials return warranty. The return process is the same for Correct Toes as it is with all other returns. Items sent back without contacting our offices first will not be processed. All freight is the responsibility of the customer.

Gaiam Products
Gaiam products are sold without any warranties or guarantees of any kind and manufacturer and distributor disclaim any liability, loss or damage caused by its use.

Unassembled Products
All and any items are sold without any warranties of any kind. Assembly of these products are done at customer's own risk. Any damages or losses that occur after shipment are not covered or eligible for warranty claims, returns, replacements, or refunds.


Chargebacks/Cyber Shoplifting/Other

By using this website or purchasing anything from www.crookedhuman.com the customer/user agrees to not dispute or argue any information presented on this website and/or Crooked Human® Inc. Use of this site constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions and customer/user agrees to not initiate any disputes for any reason with any 3rd party including but not limited to credit card companies. Purchase of items means that you agree to pay for the full amount of your purchase as indicated and collected during checkout. All information and communication will be stored regarding your purchase and/or disputes. If customer/user does not agree to these terms their only recourse is to immediately leave this site and/or not purchase anything.

If any order is disputed (even if the dispute is later reversed) with the purchasers banking institution or credit card company (sometimes referred to as chargebacks) for ANY reason, the customer and/or cardholder will be charged an administration fee of $125.00 regardless of any outcome. If a second chargeback, pre-arbitration, or arbitration is initiated, an additional and separate administration fee of $500.00 for each additional instance/occurrence will be charged to the customer and/or cardholder. This fee is due upon receipt, and if it is not paid, we will collect these fees by any lawful means, including but not limited to collection agencies.

The person identified (and the name provided) during the "Billing Information" section of checkout constitutes "the customer."

We have anti-fraud safeguards in place, and will pursue prosecution for all fraudulent orders. We will report all fraud to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center at http://www.ic3.gov/

If we determine that your actions or performance may result in returns, chargebacks, claims, disputes, violations of our terms or policies, illegal activity, cyber shoplifting, or other risks to Crooked Human® Inc. then we may in our sole discretion charge you the amounts it costs to process returns, chargebacks, claims, disputes, violations of our terms or policies, or other risks to Crooked Human® Inc. For any amounts that we determine you owe us, we may (a) charge your credit card or any other payment instrument you provide to us; (b) offset any amounts that are payable by you to us (in reimbursement or otherwise) against any payments we may make to you or amounts we may owe you; (c) invoice you for amounts due to us, in which case you will pay the invoiced amounts upon receipt; (d) reverse any credits to your bank account; or (e) collect payment or reimbursement from you by any other lawful means, including but not limited to collection agencies. If we determine that your account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, slanderous, harmful, or illegal activity then we may in our sole discretion permanently withhold any payments to you and bar you from engaging in further business with Crooked Human® Inc. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
