We are PCI compliant and in order to comply with internet security standards we are no longer allowed to take phone orders. All orders must be placed through our website.

Email Communication

Please email us with all inquires. We will respond during normal business hours. If you have written an email to us but have not received a response in 24 business hours please email us again using a different email address as your email settings may be interfering with delivery or receipt of our email reply. We are not responsible for mistyped or missing emails, or spam settings that prevent delivery or viewing of our communication emails. email users: Due to Optonline's settings (and not our own) emails from Crooked Human get incorrectly bounced. Any orders using an optonline email will be automatically cancelled as we will be unable to communicate with you regarding your order. Please use a different email address while placing your order or contacting us.

Shipping & Delivery

Crooked Human® Inc. ships our products to customers domestically. A shipment notification email is sent to the email provided at checkout to confirm your shipment and will include any applicable tracking information (which provides delivery updates). All tracking and shipping updates are the responsibility of the customer. If any shipping exceptions or delays occur please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for mistyped or missing emails, or spam settings that prevent delivery or viewing of our confirmation emails (including but not limited to emails).

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays, 9am-4pm PST. Most shipments will be shipped within three business days of the placed order, unless an item is back ordered. If back ordered item is purchased with in stock items, and if the back ordered item is not received at our shipping facility within 4 business days of the purchase date, items will be shipped separately. Shipping costs are calculated based upon delivery distance and service. Please note that we mainly ship large, oversized items. Your shipping quote comes directly from our shipping provider. Delivery estimate date, based upon the shipping option selected at checkout, is calculated when your order leaves our shipping facility, and not when your order is placed.

Your package is deemed delivered based on proof of delivery provided by the shipping carrier. You must contact our office within 24 hours after delivery confirmation notifying us of any shipping discrepancy.

While we try to provide you with an accurate shipping quote sometimes it can differ from actual shipping costs (this is especially true for expedited shipping options). If your package costs more to ship than we collected from you during checkout, and at our discretion, we may notify you and collect the difference and/or ship it using an alternative method. We reserve the right to decide the final shipping method and cost.

If 2 separate orders are placed and are shipping to the same address we may, at our sole discretion, combine the orders and ship them as one shipment.

We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarders at this time. Any order that uses a PO Box (USPS, UPS, mailbox centers, or otherwise) or a freight forwarder as a shipping address will be canceled immediately.

If you would like to ship your order to a hotel or motel please contact our offices prior to placing your order. We require additional validation before we can process your order which may also increase processing and shipping times.

Alaska and Hawaii: Please contact our office for an actual shipping quote. Please provide us with all items you would like to order as well as your complete shipping address. Please note all items delivered to Alaska and Hawaii are final sale items and sold as is. These items cannot be returned, replaced or refunded.


International Customers

We no longer ship internationally nor do we take international payment.

We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Payment, Pricing, Promotions and Coupon Codes

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Promotions are only valid while offer is advertised on and through the valid date. Promotions needing a "Discount Code" should be entered at checkout. Promotional prices may not be applied to previously placed orders and is not applicable to pending purchases. Offers apply to authorized purchases only. Only authorized Discount Codes and orders will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer and to modify or cancel any promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems. We reserve the right to cancel any advertised promotions or coupons at any time whether the order has already been placed or is still pending.

To apply a Discount Code add items to cart. On the "My Cart" page fill out your shipping information under the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" section. Next type in your valid "Discount Code" and click on "Apply Coupon." Please note some codes may be location specific and may not work without first entering your shipping information. If the code is not valid the coupon will not be applied. We only accept valid coupon codes.

Discount codes or promotions not listed directly on our website are not valid nor endorsed by Crooked Human, Inc. We have no control nor affiliation with fraudulent and misleading codes listed elsewhere.

*Due to the increase of our shipping carrier's costs (which we have no control of their pricing) we can no longer offer free shipping on our Multi-Positioning Towers. All shipping quotes come directly from our shipping carrier.

Credit Card Fraud

We take credit card fraud very seriously. For your protection and the protection of Crooked Human© Inc., orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review or canceled. If necessary, a representative will call or email you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Manual review may delay shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order before it is shipped. If your email address is incorrect and/or bounces we may cancel your order.

Cancellation Policy

Any order cancellations will be honored if your cancellation request is received prior to shipment. Any shipped orders must be returned per instructions provided above if cancellation request is not received before product shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.


Crooked Human® Inc. warrants any product manufactured by Crooked Human, Inc. to be free of any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers products purchased directly from our website and extend to the original purchaser. Any of our products that transferred ownership or were purchased through a third party are not covered under this policy. Altering or damaging any product from the original condition in which your product was shipped will void this warranty, including but not limited to disassembly (or assembly), alteration or removal of any logos, removal of covers if applicable, and/or walking with a pedal attached to your foot, misusing the product in any way including but not limited to dragging, pulling, or on an uneven surface, or using the product incorrectly or in any manner which it was not designed for. During this period Crooked Human® Inc. will repair or allow a return, at our discretion, the defective item (unless noted below). Please contact Customer Service for any warranty repairs or replacements and shipping return instructions. Freight costs must be prepaid by the purchaser. Valid proof of purchase from is required for warranty service and returns.  Goods damaged by customer opening packaging with sharp objects are not covered by this warranty as our packaging clearly states not to do so. Clearance items and final sale items are not covered under warranty.

All other items not manufactured by Crooked Human, Inc. carry a 30 day warranty from date of purchase in which we warrant these products to be free of any defects in material and workmanship (excluding batteries).

Correct Toes
If you are not completely satisfied with your Correct Toes purchase for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date contact our offices for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping (and a 25% restocking fee for those who received their Correct Toes with "Free Shipping"). Correct Toes also carries a 90 day materials replacement warranty. The return process is the same for Correct Toes as it is with all other returns. Items sent back without contacting our offices first will not be processed.

Gaiam Products
Gaiam products are sold without any warranties or guarantees of any kind and manufacturer and distributor disclaim any liability, loss or damage caused by its use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, water damage, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Logos on products are not covered under this warranty. Our warranty does not cover products that were damaged or broken due to improper use (such as walking on our Foot Pedals or using Posture Therapy Equipment in any other manner then what it is prescribed or designed for.) Damage not covered under warranty that can be repaired will be repaired for a reasonable rate and customer will be charged for all shipping costs. Crooked Human® Inc. cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. California State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary.

Chargebacks/Cyber Shoplifting

By using this website or purchasing anything from the customer/user agrees to not dispute or argue any information presented on this website and/or Crooked Human, Inc. Use of this site constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions and customer/user agrees to not initiate any disputes for any reason with any 3rd party including but not limited to credit card companies. Purchase of items means that you agree to pay for the full amount of your purchase as indicated and collected during checkout. All information and communication will be stored regarding your purchase and/or disputes. If customer/user does not agree to these terms their only recourse is to immediately leave this site and/or not purchase anything.

We have anti-fraud safeguards in place, and will pursue prosecution for all fraudulent orders. We will report all fraud to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center at

If we determine that your actions or performance may result in returns, chargebacks, claims, disputes, violations of our terms or policies, illegal activity, cyber shoplifting, or other risks to Crooked Human, Inc. then we may in our sole discretion charge you the amounts it costs to process returns, chargebacks, claims, disputes, violations of our terms or policies, or other risks to Crooked Human, Inc. For any amounts that we determine you owe us, we may (a) charge your credit card or any other payment instrument you provide to us; (b) offset any amounts that are payable by you to us (in reimbursement or otherwise) against any payments we may make to you or amounts we may owe you; (c) invoice you for amounts due to us, in which case you will pay the invoiced amounts upon receipt; (d) reverse any credits to your bank account; or (e) collect payment or reimbursement from you by any other lawful means, including but not limited to collection agencies and small claims court. If we determine that your account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, then we may in our sole discretion permanently withhold any payments to you and bar you from engaging in further fraudulent business with Crooked Human, Inc.

These in no way hinder your ability to use our products. If you are unhappy with the look of the product you received your only option is to return the product under our return policy.

We try to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Please note some products may or may not carry our logo (even if the product picture does or does not show a product with a logo placement). If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, subject to the terms of the return policy.
